Records management is at the core of government operations, and keeping our records liaisons informed and involved allows for more effective management of our state and federal records. This poster will briefly explain the structure of Vermont's Records Officer and Liaison Program, as well as describe the different approaches taken to engage Vermont's records liaisons--including methods of training and development, communication and outreach, and collaboration in Vermont's record management goals.
