Jannette Goodall, TRMC, CRM, has served as the City Clerk for the City of Austin since January 2013. Prior to her appointment as City Clerk she served the City Records Management Officer from 2001-2013 and has over twenty-six years of records and information management experience. In addition to the serving with the City of Austin, her career has included working with the Illinois State Archives, University of Washington in Seattle and the Utah State Archives. She is a Texas Registered Municipal Clerk and a Certified Records Manager. She has been a member of ARMA International since 1993 for which she served for nine years on the ARMA Austin Chapter Board. She is also a member of the IIMC Records Management Committee and currently serves as the Secretary for National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA).
