Lisa Snider is the Born Digital Archivist at the Harry Ransom Center at the University of Texas at Austin. She currently manages the born digital unit, and works with legacy and modern media, as well as cloud based born digital material. She has extensive experience archiving email, website, blog and social media materials, as well as born digital photographs, textual documents, sound and moving image materials.

Lisa has worked with analog, hybrid (analog/digital) and born digital collections over the last four years. She is also an experienced web developer and accessibility/usability expert. Lisa's accessibility work includes a book chapter in Kate Theimer's Reference and Access Innovative Practices for Archives and Special Collections, and recently creating, and Chairing, the Association of Canadian Archivists Accessibility Special Interest Section.
